TCB Security Professionals retains the services of a rehabilitation co-ordinator whose services are made available to all staff should the need arise. Not only do we adhere to government requirements for our staff, they are also treated with care and respect. We appreciate the fact that happy staff will provide the highest quality service to clients.
All staff are issued with the appropriate equipment and training to conform to all aspects of Workplace Health & Safety including:
- Sun hats
- Sunscreen
- Wet weather and or cold weather gear as needed
- Appropriate communications equipment
- Appropriate training for all required tasks and procedures
- Training in the use of appropriate security equipment
- Supervision
- Any additional requests made by staff for extra equipment are assessed
- All equipment issued to staff complies with the relevant Australian Standards
- Training in the principles of Workplace Health and Safety
A detailed company policy on Workplace Health & Safety matters, practice and procedures is included in our staff Terms and Conditions of Employment and therefore is available and understood by all staff and management of TCB Security Professionals.
